This Platform is NOT a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR).

Clinical responsibility for all treatment decisions remains entirely with the treating professional. The Provider assumes no liability for medical decisions made on the basis of data presented in the Platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
In particular, no liability is assumed for:
- Data loss during the beta phase
- Decisions made based on Platform data
- Outages or disruptions of the Platform

7. Termination and Data Deletion
